Psychology Behind Weight Gain

There is a big misunderstanding and prejudice against overweight people and over. It is an internal dialogue and the decision that occurs in the minds of those who see a person with a weight problem.

Immediately several thoughts come to mind: lazy, weak, unmotivated, unhappy. Did you know that even obese people will have similar thoughts about other overweight people to see? Sometimes it’s as judgmental as thankful that they aren’t like”big”as others. However, whether you are 20 pounds or 100 pounds or more over your healthy  ideal weight, is there a common link as to why.

In many cases, as is the case with other addictions, obesity is a side effect of the underlying emotional problems to be recognized and  or treated.This concept, coupled with the underlying social influence of media and accepted traditions and expectations in society, have contributed to the addiction medication unresolved issues with food (or other addictions). I would not not communicate well what I say. We are responsible for ourselves. Only we can decide to change ourselves, and while there are compelling external influences on time, eventually we all have choices. That sounds nice and precise print, right? However, the struggle we face the reality of that time felt that a different story. Despite that, it’s true. Only we can obtain different choices a different result.
