This is the last article of our series of yoga central and today we will be watching a pose known as the laying head or knee Janu Sirsasana. 3. Now bend forward and pick up the foot with both hands while keeping your chest lifted. If you are unable to reach on foot and then wrap a belt around the foot, holding it tight.
4. As you exhale lower body towards the leg and, in particular the head to knee. Remember not to be aggressive with this position and the bottom of the lower body is comfortable. Try to keep your back straight as possible so that you do not guess your back. Be sure to keep the left leg pressed against the floor.
5. Hold this position for anywhere from 1 -3 minutes. When you have finished breathing in and the life of the body so that it is upright and straighten your right leg so that it is in front of you beside the left leg. Now repeat the exercise with the other leg.
